Psychologist, Candidate Register
I provide individual psychotherapy for adults using an empathy- and mindfulness-based approach tailored to fit each client’s specific needs. I completed my graduate studies in Counselling and Clinical Psychology at the University of Toronto, and specialize in trauma and dissociation, as well as anxiety and depression.
When working with clients who have experienced trauma and/or dissociation, I use a collaborative approach informed by EMDR and Internal Family Systems to facilitate healing. I draw from an intersectional anti-oppression framework to provide high-quality care to members of marginalized groups and their loved ones. I also specialize in helping clients navigate family-of-origin and attachment issues, as well as LGBTQIA2S+ community support – I myself am trans and use they/them pronouns.
