I am a Clinical Psychologist (Candidate Register) currently welcoming new adult clients. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree (Honours) in Neuroscience from Dalhousie University, and my Master of Science Degree in Psychology from Acadia University.
My work is grounded in evidence-based therapy, with a primary focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I take a collaborative and compassionate approach, helping clients to better understand their experiences while building skills that support meaningful change. I strive to offer a gentle, non-judgemental, and safe environment where clients can feel seen and supported. I value lifelong learning and view therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together to better understand what may be contributing to distress while identifying steps toward growth.
I have a special interest in supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, life stressors, and interpersonal difficulties. My goal is to provide a space where clients feel respected, supported, and empowered as they explore patterns, clarify values, and practice skills that fit their lives.
